That question is well beyond the scope of this tutorial. I've been working on a dynamic button tutorial that uses XML data (as opposed to php), but it's far from complete. In the meantime, maybe this link will help you out:

Not sure I understand the question. If you are looking to load links in dynamically, you would use XML (not sure how to load links in with HTML or PHP). It's definitely something worth learning, but is well beyond the scope of this tutorial. I'll see what I can come up with, or point you in the right direction in order to do this.
